Mr Gerdes was wonderfully successful in giving impulses and food for thought, in leaving the comfort zone with targeted questions and in serving as a mirror for reflecting on one’s own mindset. I always found the sessions with him very inspiring and stimulating. I liked his calm and clear manner, in which he was catching the balls I threw at him and returning them with new colours.
